WiFi Paging Adapter SIP-T22W Solution for Smart IP Audio Integration
Flexible Wireless IP Audio Integration
for Paging, Intercom and Alarm Systems
1. Product Introduction
The Tonmind WiFi Paging Adapter SIP-T22W is a wireless IP audio gateway designed to connect traditional analog speakers
with modern IP communication systems. With a built-in 15W amplifier, SIP
& ONVIF support, and 2.4GHz WiFi connectivity, the T22W enables
paging, emergency notification, intercom, and background music applications.
The SIP-T22W allows users to upgrade
existing analog speakers into intelligent IP audio devices without complex
network cabling. It is ideal for schools, factories, warehouses, offices,
shopping malls, and other commercial or industrial environments requiring
flexible audio communication.
2. Interface Overview and Device
Connection
The SIP-T22W provides rich interfaces for
audio connection, alarm integration, and external device control. All device
parameters can be configured through the built-in Web Management Interface,
including network settings, SIP accounts, audio parameters, and alarm
functions.
● 1 × IO Input: Connects emergency buttons, sensors, door switches, or security
systems to trigger prerecorded messages, SIP calls, or network commands.
● 1 × IO Output & 1 × Relay: Control external devices such as LED indicators, sirens, door
locks, and automation equipment based on configured events or commands.
● 1 × MIC Input, 1 × Headset Output &
1 × Speaker Output: The MIC input supports EMC
microphones for two-way intercom and live paging. The headset output connects
to an analog amplifier or AUX input, while the 15W speaker output directly
drives analog speakers for easy IP audio integration.
● DC 12V Input & PoE Port: DC 12V and PoE provide flexible power options for different
installation environments.
● 1 × WiFi Antenna: The external antenna provides wireless network communication through 2.4GHz WiFi, offering flexible deployment where wired network connection is difficult.

3. WiFi Wireless Function
The SIP-T22W supports flexible 2.4GHz
WiFi communication with two working modes: Access Point Mode and STA
Mode.
In STA Mode, the T22W connects to an
existing WiFi network by configuring the wireless SSID and password through the
Web interface. After joining the network, the device can communicate with SIP
servers, IP PBX systems, VMS platforms, and other IP devices.
In Access Point Mode, the T22W
creates its own wireless network, allowing other devices to connect directly to
the T22W for configuration or communication. This mode is suitable for
temporary deployments, remote locations, or environments without existing WiFi
infrastructure.
Users can freely switch between AP Mode and
STA Mode according to different application requirements, providing greater
flexibility for wireless IP audio deployment.
4. SIP and ONVIF Compatibility
SIP Protocol Integration
The SIP protocol allows the T22W to connect
with Tonmind PA System Software, SIP servers and IP PBX systems. Alarms and
events can be sent to the server, while IP phones, IP Paging Microphone can
send control commands or make live broadcast calls through the T22W.
Through SIP integration, the T22W supports
two-way communication, remote paging, emergency broadcasting, RTP Multicast,
and seamless connection with existing VoIP systems.
ONVIF Protocol Integration
The ONVIF protocol enables the T22W to
integrate with professional CCTV systems. It can connect alarm devices, IP
cameras, VMS, and NVR platforms into one unified security system.
Through ONVIF integration, users can
monitor device status, send control commands, and respond to security events
through a centralized management platform, combining video surveillance and IP
audio communication efficiently.
5. Conclusion
The Tonmind WiFi Paging Adapter SIP-T22W combines wireless connectivity, IP audio conversion, SIP communication, and
ONVIF integration into a compact and flexible solution.
With its powerful interfaces, built-in
amplifier, WiFi capability, and compatibility with third-party systems, the
T22W provides an efficient way to upgrade traditional analog speakers into
intelligent IP audio systems for paging, security, and communication
applications.
